2025 RETREAT
Come join us for our THIRD annual Cultivate Retreat! We are returning to the Mountain Laurel Retreat House to enjoy another opportunity to gather in the same AMAZING Hill Country view as last year. We are planning a weekend filled with food, fun and fellowship + a few surprises. This year’s theme will be “Known and Loved: God is Wild about You!” Knowing who we are in Christ and walking in the love of God is key to embracing who we are. Our identity matters!
Like the wild flowers of the Texas Hill Country, God’s love for us is breathtaking and goes beyond what we can see and comprehend. We will spend four days exploring this truth along with time to create, rest, and hang out with our Cultivate sisters. This retreat is designed to offer you a transformative experience where you will deepen your relationship with God, forge lifelong connections with fellow sisters in Christ, and we’ll help you tap into your creativity.
Each day will be filled with a variety of workshops + time to rest. These activities will not only spark your creativity but also serve as a meaningful way to connect with God and the other Cultivators. Furthermore, through heartfelt worship, time in prayer, and digging into Scripture, we will learn to cultivate our relationship with God as we grow in our knowledge of how much we are known and loved. Get ready to cultivate creativity, spiritual growth, and sisterly bonding as we commit to focusing on God’s wild love for us!

Cost: $660.
This newer retreat center is on seven acres, has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, light and airy design studio, and equipped kitchen. Sleeping arrangements are shared rooms, with eight twin beds and two king beds (3-4 people per room) with shared bathrooms. You will have an opportunity to request at least one of your roommates when you register.
All meals will be provided, however, special meals are not available. The home has a full kitchen with a refrigerator and freezer for anyone who needs to bring their own food.
Check-In will begin at 3:00 pm on Thursday, April 10, 2025
Check-out is at Noon on Sunday, April 13, 2025
Registrants will receive important follow up emails from coordinators with additional information as the event date gets closer. And, we will have a Retreat Only Facebook page for planning and passing info along as well.

Please note that this event is only open to current members of the Cultivate Community.

Transportation to and from the retreat center is your responsibility.

This will be a relaxing weekend, with planned workshops, and opportunities for you to rest, craft and visit.

We will be organizing a “swap” of sorts for those who want to participate. More info to come.
To register, we are offering two options:
- Deposit $160 with $125 monthly payments.
- If you would like to sign up using our payment plan, we are requiring a deposit of $160. You will be able to make 4 payments of $125 as long as you are signing up no later than November 2024. An invoice will be sent December 2024 and each month into 2025, with your last payment no later than March 28, 2025. All payments must be completed by March 28, 2025. Use code: CULTIVATE RETREAT at checkout if you are using the payment plan.
All payments must be completed at least 1 month prior to the event (March 10, 2024).
You can also pay in full if that works better for you.
Registration & Payment Disclaimer: These events are hosted by The Gratitude Squad (Larissa, Angela, and Jana), on a budget just like you. We have a very strict "No Refund" policy. Once spots are reserved, plans are made for meals, rooms, and other retreat supplies, etc. We will, however, allow you to transfer your registration to someone else. If you have paid for your spot and need to transfer, the new participant (Cultivate Community member only) can pay you and we will put their name on your registration. Lots of work for us but easy for you! Please understand, we cannot offer refunds. By registering you are acknowledging agreement with this policy.
Special note: When this event sells out we will start a waiting list. Please make sure to set aside the date and create a budget so you can take someone’s spot, without much notice, if they cannot attend as originally planned.
